Gene Slaymaker used this typewriter to write news stories while serving as the Director of News and Public Affairs, WTLC-FM in Indianapolis from 1976-1992. There is a red sticker tag which reads "WTLC NEWS." Another note reads "HANDS OFF SLAYMAKER KNOWS HOW TO TREAT THIS RIGHT SOMEONE DOESN'T."
