To complement that atmosphere, we have partnered with Centerplate to provide menu planning and culinary expertise. Whether your event is a formal breakfast, buffet, light lunch or extravagant gala, Centerplate will customize culinary delights especially for you. Minimum food and beverage sales have been established in each of the museum's facility rental areas. All food and beverages (including all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) must be provided by Centerplate, the museum's exclusive caterer. Clients must use Centerplate's services and enter into a separate agreement with the company. Eating and drinking are permitted only in areas designated by the museum.
