Sensory Friendly Time at the Museum

Sensory friendly time allows children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other sensory processing differences to have a fun, enjoyable and interactive learning experience in a comfortable and accepting environment. During this special afternoon, museum lights will be at a lower level, extra sounds will be limited, distracting motions will be paused and sensory-friendly activities will be offered in the galleries.

Price: Included with purchase of general admission. Buy museum tickets online and save $1 per ticket. Get tickets >>
