Small Wonders: Becoming Paleontologists

Here at the Indiana State Museum, we have one of the largest collection of Ice Age Animal bones in the world! And in this month’s Small Wonders, your little one will become a paleontologist and explore what makes ISM special! From digging in the dirt for bones to creating ice age art, you and your little one will have a blast! Other activities include sensory play, station exploration time, and a story time.

Young Explorers: Simple Machines

Our young explorers will be taking a closer look at the animals that call Indiana home with the help of our museum exhibit Natural Regions. We will be learning more about habitats and animal adaptations through station explorations and an interactive story time. Other activities include nature based art and sensory play.

Children may attend on their own.
