Docents are specially-trained to guide museum guests of all ages, providing them with an in-depth experience with the museum’s displayed collection. Devoting time and professional expertise, they help visitors understand and enjoy works in the museum’s collection and the special exhibitions. Docents represent a variety of backgrounds and only require an interest in Indiana along with good communication skills and a desire to serve the community.
