Browse a wide variety of fossils, cut and uncut gemstones and minerals from all over the world during this signature festival. Purchase jewelry, crafts made from natural materials and specimens for display or for your collection.
After purchasing the most interesting item you can find, participate in geological-themed activities that set this show apart from others.
Help our Pleistocene zookeeper with feeding time and explore Indiana's ancient seas through a Paleozoic scuba diving scavenger hunt. Learn about caves, then create formations in Cardboard Engineering to add to our life-sized cave. Make amethyst jewelry or a pet rock, then sift through a mock excavation site to find fossils.
Don't forget to visit the rest of the museum while you're here. You're sure to find connections between the extraordinary fossils, gems and minerals at the show and our Birth of the Earth, Ancient Seas and Frozen Reign galleries. Plus, look at special natural specimens under the micro-eye in the R.B. Annis Naturalist’s Lab.
