T.C. Steele, Nashville
Experience the rolling hills, scenic vistas, majestic trees and landscape that inspired noted Hoosier painter T.C. Steele and his wife Selma to build their home and cultivate beauty and art in Brown County.

Visit with St. Nicholas and Belsnickel in T.C. Steele's Large Studio and enjoy cookies, hot cider, crafts and a holiday music program during this annual celebration of St. Nicholas Day, a kickoff to the holiday season.

Gene Stratton-Porter, Rome City
Gene Stratton-Porter’s Cabin at Wildflower Woods is nestled on the shores of Sylvan Lake amongst 148 acres of fields, woods and beautiful formal gardens.

Explore Gene Stratton-Porter's cabin decked out for the holidays according to her description of Christmas in the house in 1917, which she called "A Dream of Beauty." Enjoy live entertainment, holiday goodies, crafts and horse-drawn wagon ridges around the property. Plus, visit with Santa to share your wishlist. No registration required.

Limberlost, Geneva
The Limberlost Swamp was the perfect laboratory for author Gene Stratton-Porter to study nature. At a time when most women were homemakers, Porter created a lasting legacy of northern Indiana’s vanishing natural history through her writings and photos.

Celebrate the new year with a countdown to "midnight" balloon drop at noon, create crafts and have a ton of fun with games while ringing in teh new year with all the hoopla it deserves during this family-friendly New Year's Eve party. Refreshments included with ticket purchase.
