The Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites give people thousands of ways to explore Indiana. At all 12 locations, visitors will find stories about the people, places and things that shape Indiana. We welcome everyone, whether you're a Hoosier by birth or a Hoosier at heart.

Indiana State Museum to host "Techno Color" event

INDIANAPOLIS (June 14, 2019) – On June 28, visitors ages 21 and older are invited to a celebration of style, fashion and bold color during Techno Color at the Indiana State Museum.

Visitors are encouraged to channel their fashion icon and dress in their most vibrant celebration outfits, then get ready for a night of fashion and fun – plus dancing and drinks, of course! This evening of style and self expression will include a performance by host Miss Mossy Stone, lip sync performances by Indianapolis Shakespeare Company, after-hours access to “Color of Style” and “It’s About Time: The Artwork of Felrath Hines,” plus get an airbrush tattoo from Willing Hands Designs and explore specially curated items from the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites collection reflecting Hoosier LGBTQ history.

Advanced tickets for Techno Color are $45/members and $50/non-members and may be purchased online at www.indianamuseum.org or by calling (317) 232-1637. Tickets at the door are $55/members and $60/non-members.

WHAT: Techno Color is for ages 21+ and celebrates everything fashion, bold colors and self expression. This event will feature performances by Miss Mossy Stone and Indianapolis Shakespeare Company, after-hours access to select museum experiences, collaborative art pieces, signature drinks, dancing, food, fun and more.
