Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

The annual Levi Coffin Days festival returns to Fountain City. This outdoor festival hosted by the Fountain City Lions Club features vendors, food, performances and a parade. Visit the Levi and Catharine Coffin State Historic Site during the festival weekend, and enjoy $2 off admission per person.

Saturday, Sept. 21 tour times:
12, 12:30, 1, 1:30, 2 2:30, 3, 3:30 and 4 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 22 tour times:
10:30 and 11:45 a.m., 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.

Additional programs on Sept. 21:
What Did Emancipation Do? (ages 8+) 10-11 a.m. and 1-2 p.m.

Walk-ins are welcomed, but only on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: The site’s parking lot will be unavailable during the festival. Parking is available on most side streets and on U.S. 27 in Fountain City. Handicapped parking may be available near the site with advance notice by calling 765.847.1691.
