Discover the Magic of an Old-Fashioned Printing Press

Today, we can produce documents in minutes and have the literary world at our fingertips! But in the early Republic, literacy and owning a book were rare. In this homeschool event, students will discover how newspapers were created, learn the intricacies of printing on old-fashioned printing press and make their own printed piece.

This program will be led by costumed interpreters.

This event will take place at 1 W. Harrison St., Vincennes.
