During this one-hour program our youngest visitors will enjoy circle time, story time, station explorations and movement time in our early childhood space, Firefly Landing. Caregivers will learn alongside their children as they practice skills like problem-solving and social-emotional communication while developing their fine and gross motor skills through play-based, open-ended activities.
Every day is filled with wonder and discovery for toddlers as they learn how to use their senses to explore their surroundings. Reignite that wonder as we test our senses together in this workshop. Afterwards, discover more sensory experiences throughout the museum – from the smell of fresh popcorn in Gallery One to the smell of a Native American recipe in First Nations gallery.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
