Angel Mounds has a variety of outdoor spaces for your event needs, including a terrace! People have gathered here for than 1,000 years and your event will help continue that tradition.

With beautiful views of the mounds and trees surrounding the property, the outdoor grounds are the perfect backdrop for your event. You and your guests can hike the trails, explore the interpretive center and orientate yourself with the history of the site, while creating your own!

Deposit Requirements

To book your event, a 50% facility rental deposit is required along with a signed contract. A check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa are accepted forms of payment.

Your booking is confirmed upon receiving the signed agreement and deposit for the Angel Mounds State Historic Site (AMSHS).

Vendor Policies

A certificate of insurance is required for all rental events that include alcoholic beverages.

Parking

Parking is available in the surface lot in front of the AMSHS Interpretive Center.

Construction Policy

The facility, at times, could be considered under structural or cosmetic construction. Structural and/or cosmetic changes to the facility and its grounds include but are not limited to gallery closures, improvements to landscape, installation of art, etc. In the best efforts of the facility, plans will be communicated as early as possible to the client.
