EARLY CHILDHOOD SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Early Childhood Senior Program Manager

The Indiana State Museum is seeking an Early Childhood Senior Program Manager to develop, implement, promotion and evaluate all programming and services for early childhood youth, parents, educators, and museum visitors. Programs may include workshops, outreach, camps, classes, special events and professional development opportunities for educators. You will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with statewide early childhood institutions, educators, and parent groups.

This position will report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period and the salary for this position traditionally starts at $56,650.00.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Customer Service Agent

The Indiana State Museum is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support all areas of the visitor services department.

Responsibilities for this position include handling reservations, ticketing, cash handling, gallery access, group arrivals, information services, call center operations, guest greeting, and other assigned visitor‑focused tasks.

This position traditionally starts at an hourly rate of $16.73.

ARCHAEOLOGY SPECIALIST

Archaeology Specialist

The Indiana State Museum is seeking an Archaeology Specialist to support the archaeology and collections teams at the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites.

Responsibilities for this position include acquire and manage scientifically collected archaeological material from throughout Indiana for the purpose of research and potential exhibition.

This is an on-site position that requires the establishment of a regular schedule between Monday through Friday and 30 hours per week. This position traditionally starts at an hourly rate of $23.77.
