What Will You Uncover?

Potions, charms, invisibility … oh my! Create your own wand and see if you can make things disappear. Is it magic or is it science? You decide as you make potions, design and build your own dragon, and try to win the Mastodon Cup. What will you uncover at the Wizard Academy?

Youth will enjoy an engaging summer camp experience filled with hands-on making, creating, discovery and play! Explore the museum’s galleries, get up close to specimens and artifacts, wander through our Watanabe Gardens and enjoy the canal view with integrated art, science and nature exploration.

Camp Hours

  • 8 am to 5 pm
  • Drop off between 8 am and 9 am
  • Pick up between 3:45 pm and 5 pm

(Please note: A $5 late fee applies for every 5 minutes past 5 pm)

Nonmembers: January 31 onwards

Registration Deadline
Two weeks prior to the start of camp.

We believe every child should have the opportunity to attend our camps. Thanks to generous donations, we offer scholarships to help reduce the cost for children who might not otherwise be able to participate.
