On your mark, get set … for the second greatest spectacle in racing! The Indiana State Museum will host the official race day on Sat., March 28. This day will also include our annual best-in-show contest. Fun runs are March 25-27 & 29.
- All participating cars for the official race day must be registered by 10:30 a.m. (registration opens at 8:30 a.m.) as race starts at 11 a.m. This time could slightly shift due to number of participants.
- Enter a derby car by 2 p.m. for the best-in-show contest in which cars will be awarded based on visual design.
- This year’s special design category will recognize car designs that creatively incorporate the America’s 250th birthday theme.
- Participants can be in both the official race and best-in-show contest, but the car must be registered and at the best-in-show booth by 2 p.m.
- Age division winners will receive a milk chug from the American Dairy Association Indiana, and a trophy to take home.
