Located approximately one block northeast of the downtown square, the First State Office Building is a historic space with all the modern conveniences needed to ensure a successful event. This space, dating back to 1816, is a converted residence with two mid-size meeting rooms that can be combined. It includes a kitchen for catering, as well as private restrooms. Outdoor space is available.
