The Emancipation Proclamation is back out on displ The Emancipation Proclamation is back out on display until October 29 inside the exhibition: Influencing Lincoln, The Pursuit of Black Freedom. 

With extraordinary artifacts and a trove of historic documents (like the Emancipation Proclamation), visitors will experience another side of the story that led to the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments.
