Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site Hires Program Developer

ROME CITY, Indiana (Jan. 20, 2020) – The Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites has hired a program developer at Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site.

Lauren Oxley joined the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites on Jan. 6. Oxley previously worked as an interpretive naturalist at Pokagon State Park in Angola and for Club Demonstration Services in Fort Wayne.

She has a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Oxley is an Indiana Master Naturalist and volunteers with Soarin’ Hawk Raptor Rehab and Acres Land Trust.
