MEDIA ADVISORY: Indiana State Museum to host Indiana Art Fair

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 1, 2019) – The Indiana Art Fair will take place Feb. 9 and 10 at the Indiana State Museum.

At the fair, visitors can purchase art from a variety of artists, including paintings, textiles, ceramics and more. Additionally, visitors can explore the work of artists new to the scene in the Emerging Artists section of the show, featuring art students and up-and-comers.

New this year, several artists will offer live demonstrations to showcase how they create in various mediums. Art-themed activities will also be available for visitors of all ages to enjoy.

The fair is included with purchase of general museum admission, which includes access to all museum galleries, including Cardboard Engineering. The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
