We welcome all Girl Scouts to participate in our first ever Girl Scout Day! Tour the historic hall of Community House #2 and learn about the two Utopias that lived here—and the renaissance of science, spirituality, and art that followed. Then, participate in our DIY Archaeology program where we will learn about the work of archaeologists and make our own artifacts to piece together! Girl Scouts will earn a New Harmony badge for participating!

Each session will have a tour of Community House #2 and then complete our DIY Archaeology program. “Much of what we know about the group who first settled New Harmony comes from the remnants they left behind—especially their pottery. Learn how archaeologist restore the artifacts they discover by reconstructing your own Harmonist-inspired pottery pieces.

Price: $10/scouts; 25% discount for members; general admission not included.
